- Gather and prioritize requirements together with the business department
- Evaluate possibilities with Planner, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform
- Identify functional coverage and possible gaps
- Summarize results in an understandable recommendation with a target picture
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and collaboration solutions
- Experience in analyzing and improving business processes
- Confidence in requirements gathering and consulting business departments
- Ability to realistically assess suitable standard functions and necessary extensions
- Very good German language skills
- Experience with replacing task or planning tools
- Knowledge in the pharma/quality control environment or in SAP QM
