About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking trainer for our Enterprise & Production Deployment (Microsoft Copilot Studio) course. The role includes two areas: teaching and content development. You will conduct live sessions in German (1.5 hours per day, Monday to Thursday), support participants with practical exercises and projects, and work with our curriculum team to revise existing materials to ensure they are up-to-date, practical, and effective in teaching.

What You Will Teach

Module A: Enterprise Deployment with Copilot Studio

Module B: Production-Readiness, Compliance & Business Value

What You Will Improve in the Content

What We Are Looking For

  • Copilot Studio: Creating agents, topics, knowledge, actions, and generative orchestration
  • Integration into Microsoft 365: Teams, SharePoint, and Power Automate
  • Environments, Lifecycle, and Deployment (Dev/Test/Prod)
  • Security, permissions, data privacy, and governance in the enterprise context
  • Scalability and operation of agents in companies
  • EU AI Act in detail: Risk classes, obligations, and practical implementation
  • Cost optimization and licensing models
  • ROI calculation and business case for AI agents
  • Monitoring, analytics, and continuous improvement
  • Production-readiness checks and end-to-end projects
  • Develop the entire course structure based on participant feedback
  • Review and update existing lessons, exercises, and projects (Copilot Studio evolves rapidly)
  • Add hands-on exercises with clear step-by-step instructions
  • Coordinate suggestions for improvement with our curriculum team before implementation
  • German at a native or fluent level. All sessions are conducted exclusively in German.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform (professional or project-based)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Teams, and SharePoint integration
  • In-depth knowledge of governance, security, and compliance, ideally including the EU AI Act
  • Experience in creating learning content or technical documentation
  • Experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring
  • The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical learners
  • Reliability, good communication, and availability for live sessions of 1.5 hours, Monday to Thursday
  • Thorough preparation: test setups and exercises in advance and provide clear, understandable feedback on participant projects
