Responsibilities
- Support for sales consultants in gastronomy, retail, and communal catering in their daily work
- Development and support of existing customers
- Processing customer inquiries and complaints
- Active customer support by phone, email, and in person
- Maintenance of customer master data and creation of new customers
- Advice on assortment and our services
- Customer information on current offers and promotions, as well as the sale of products nearing their best-before date
