Job description
The role involves managing goods receipt and dispatch, handling inventory in a buffer warehouse, performing real-time ERP bookings, supporting packaging and logistics, and participating in inventory and quality control.
Project overview
- Goods Receipt & Dispatch: You will receive customer devices and hardware components, check them for completeness, and professionally store and retrieve them.
- Responsibility in the Handling & Buffer Warehouse: You will manage interfaces with internal departments (e.g., System Configuration, Rollout) and manage interim storage for upcoming customer rollouts.
- Real-time ERP Bookings: You will record and book every goods movement (transfers to internal warehouses, customer warehouses, etc.) immediately and precisely in our ERP system for maximum inventory transparency.
- Packaging & Logistics Support: You will pack configured hardware securely for transport and support adjacent teams (e.g., Remote Management & Monitoring / RMM) with their logistics requirements.
- Inventory & Quality Control: You will actively participate in regular inventories, perform booking checks, and ensure inventory accuracy through regular counts.
