For a demanding general contractor project in the area of public or security-relevant infrastructure, we are seeking an experienced Additional Payment / Claim Manager (m/f/d) on short notice.

The role specifically serves to relieve the responsible site management and independently handles commercial, contractual, and schedule-related issues in the project.

Framework Parameters:

• Client: General Contractor
• Project: Public / Security-Relevant Infrastructure Project
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: Until June/July 2027, option to extend
• Location: Bremerhaven area, approx. 3–4 days on-site + 1–2 days remote

Responsibilities

• Management of additional payments and claims
• Review and assessment of additional payments and contract deviations
• Schedule control and assessment of delays and hindrances
• Contract management and follow-up of relevant contract issues
• Preparation of decision-making bases for site and project management
• Coordination with subcontractors and project participants
