Job description
We are looking for a Claims Manager to identify, develop, and negotiate additional claims for highway construction projects. You will advise project managers and support them in contract law matters.
Project overview
- Proactively review projects for potential claims.
- Identify additional services and uncontracted expenses.
- Develop and justify claim potentials and submit them to the client.
- Negotiate claims with project stakeholders.
- Advise and support project managers.
