Seeking an Automation Expert for ServiceNow workflows, APIs, Ansible, and GitLab for a nearshore project. The role involves conception, implementation, and operation of orchestrated ServiceNow workflows and integration with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities
- Conception, implementation, and operation of orchestrated ServiceNow workflows according to NAF framework
- Creation and maintenance of workflows for controlling scripts and APIs Building and managing a ServiceNow orchestration platform including status dashboards Extending and adapting Ansible Playbooks for Software Defined Networks
- Integration and control of versioned CI/CD workflows via GitLab Connecting NetBox, Infoblox, CMDB, DNS, CyberArk, and Checkmk
- Rollout of target configurations within existing change processes Automatic creation of required validation documents for changes
- Technical documentation as well as conducting specialist training and coaching
Requirements
- Profound ServiceNow knowledge in workflow design and API integrations
- Experience with Business Rules in ServiceNow Very good knowledge of Ansible, Python, and GitLab
- Experience with user-friendly UI design in ServiceNow Demonstrable knowledge in the network and firewall environment
- Fluent English spoken and written; German language skills are an advantage
