Seeking an Automation Expert with strong ServiceNow, Ansible, and GitLab skills to design, implement, and operate orchestrated workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
Profile
- Conception, implementation, and operation of orchestrated ServiceNow workflows according to NAF framework
- Creation and maintenance of workflows for controlling scripts and APIs Building and managing a ServiceNow orchestration platform including status dashboards Extension and adaptation of Ansible Playbooks for Software Defined Networks
- Integration and control of versioned CI/CD processes via GitLab Connection of NetBox, Infoblox, CMDB, DNS, CyberArk, and Checkmk
- Rollout of target configurations within existing change processes Automatic creation of required validation documents for changes
- Technical documentation as well as conducting specialist training and coaching
- Sound ServiceNow knowledge in workflow design and API integrations
- Experience with Business Rules in ServiceNow Very good knowledge of Ansible, Python, and GitLab
- Experience with user-friendly UI design in ServiceNow Demonstrable knowledge in the network and firewall environment
- Fluent English skills, written and spoken; German skills are an advantage
