Project overview
As part of a technical infrastructure project, existing network components from various manufacturers are to be systematically reviewed, updated, and technically maintained at a current and secure software level.
The project includes the analysis of existing firmware and software versions, the evaluation of available updates, and the planning and execution of firmware and security updates for network devices from MikroTik, LANCOM, HP Aruba, and UniFi.
The activity involves checking compatibilities and technical dependencies, preparing and carrying out maintenance measures, and subsequently checking functionality and documenting the updated components.
The goal is the sustainable improvement of the security, stability, and up-to-dateness of the existing network infrastructure, as well as the establishment of a traceable and structured update process.
