• Processing and analysis of technical incidents, including troubleshooting and error analysis
• Performing updates, patches, and maintenance on network and infrastructure components
• Optimization and further development of existing system and network configurations
• Planning and implementation of technical changes and expansions

• Several years of experience in the operation and engineering of complex network and IT infrastructures, DMZ and security architectures based on BSI-Grundschutz, at least VS-NfD
• Profound knowledge in network architectures, routing, network protocols, and secure network transitions (broadband network solutions 100 Gbit/s and larger, network protocols, SSL offloading)
• Experience with modern high-performance networks and corresponding technologies
• Experience in the analysis and optimization of existing network and system configurations
• Experience in planning, implementation, and operation of IT infrastructures
• Experience with network and security components from renowned manufacturers, ideally Cisco
• Experience in troubleshooting and structured error analysis
• Experience in creating technical concepts and documentation
• Knowledge in the area of information security, ideally BSI IT-Grundschutz
• Structured and independent way of working
• Senior Consultant: at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the mentioned areas
• Consultant: at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
