For a long-term major project in the pharmaceutical and biotech environment, we are looking for experienced specialists in the areas of Construction Management and Commissioning.
We are seeking both a Senior Construction Manager and a Commissioning Manager / Lead Commissioning Engineer, who will take responsibility and oversee the successful implementation of a highly complex pharmaceutical plant project until completion.
Responsibilities
? Control and supervision of construction activities on-site
? Coordination of specialist construction managers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
? Ensuring quality, deadlines, and occupational safety
? Monitoring construction progress and active defect and risk management
? Coordination of interfaces between construction, building services, cleanroom, and process trades
Profile
?? Experience as a Senior Construction Manager, Construction Manager, or Construction Manager in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life science environment
?? Knowledge of GMP requirements and regulated production environments
?? Experience with cleanrooms, building services, and technical finishing trades
?? Strong on-site and coordination skills
?? Commissioning Manager / Lead Commissioning Engineer
? Control and coordination of all commissioning activities
? Interface management between construction, engineering, qualification, and operation
? Ensuring a structured transition from construction to commissioning
? Tracking of open points, risks, and dependencies
? Support with qualification, documentation, and plant handover
?? Experience as a Commissioning Manager or Lead Commissioning Engineer in the pharmaceutical or biotech environment
?? Experience in GMP-regulated projects
?? Knowledge in commissioning, commissioning planning, and interface management
?? Structured and independent way of working
