We are looking for a Senior Installer/Site Manager for Heating and Plumbing to oversee technical documentation and site organization. The role involves planning work, managing materials, coordinating tools, monitoring progress, and acting as a liaison between site management and internal project management.

- Assess pipe dimensions and materials
- Check heights, axes, and penetrations
- Understand assembly sequences and technical specifications
- Know and apply DIN standards, VDI guidelines, and manufacturer specifications
- Plan work processes and assign tasks to installers
- Determine material requirements and initiate orders
- Coordinate tools, machinery, and equipment
- Monitor deadlines and construction progress
- Coordinate interfaces with other trades
- Identify obstructions, missing materials, and planning errors early on
- Create measurements and document completed work
- Act as a link between site management and the company's internal project manager
