Project: For the Financial Market Data Procurement team, we are looking for an experienced personality for the operational procurement and management of financial market data. You will support the team in daily business concerning contracts, orders, invoices, licenses, and user access, working closely with internal specialist departments, exchanges, and international data providers.

Responsibilities

• Operational processing of contracts, orders, and cancellations with data providers and exchanges
• Continuous cost and invoice verification of financial market data
• Reconciliation of invoices with internal systems and clarification of discrepancies with the respective vendors
• Needs analysis and advising internal users on selecting suitable data products such as terminals, feeds, and APIs
• Evaluation of data products considering costs, benefits, and license conditions
• Maintenance and management of relationships with data providers and exchanges
• Preparation and support for contract and price negotiations
• Monitoring compliance with complex license and usage terms
• Preparation and support for audits by exchanges and data providers
• Maintenance and updating of the internal financial market data inventory
• Management of user rights and access
• Management of the inventory and relevant data in the InfoMatch system

Utilization: 100% (Hybrid only within Switzerland)

• 3-5+ years of solid experience in the procurement and management of financial market data, ideally at a bank, financial institution, or data provider
• Deep understanding of the financial market data landscape (including Bloomberg, LSEG/Refinitiv, FactSet, SIX Financial, Morningstar) as well as pricing models, license rights, and terms of use
• Mandatory system knowledge in InfoMatch
• Very good or advanced Excel skills for data, cost, and invoice analyses
• Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable commercial training with relevant professional experience
• Strong numerical understanding, analytical, and structured way of working
• Confident and professional demeanor in dealing with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• German: C2
• English: C2
