You will support our qualified staff in daily daycare activities and accompany children aged one year to school entry in their play and learning experiences. You will be deployed in various municipal daycare centers.

- You will support and accompany the children entrusted to you.
- The linguistic, intercultural, and participatory development of the children is important to you, and you integrate this holistically into your daily work.

- Temporal flexibility from Monday to Friday, as working hours are based on daycare opening hours.
- At least good B2 German language skills.
- An employment relationship initially limited to one year in part-time with a 50% employment scope spread over a 5-day week.
- Tariff-compliant remuneration in pay group S3 TVoD- SuE.
- Support and guidance during onboarding.
- Diverse further and continuing education opportunities and comprehensive offers for company health promotion.
- If using public transport, a subsidy of 75% on the Deutschlandticket. If you cycle/e-bike to work, we will pay you a subsidy of 10 cents per kilometer driven.
