PIAM PAM Consultant – BeyondTrust / Cyber Security / IT Security/ZH / 100%

Project: As part of a security project, the existing Identity & Access Management landscape will be further developed and optimized with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM). The goal is to sustainably improve and further develop processes, governance, and technical solutions for the secure handling of privileged access.

An experienced individual with in-depth expertise in PIAM/PAM is sought to act as a technical contact between business, IT security, and technical teams. The role includes consulting and further developing security processes, defining use cases, supporting testing, and optimizing operational and usage concepts for PAM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Technical lead of the PIAM specialist stream
• Consulting and further development of PIAM processes and governance
• Development and design of use cases up to regression test cases
• Definition of best practices and operational recommendations for BeyondTrust
• Support of the PIAM specialist team in daily business
• Interface function to the DevOps team (operation of BeyondTrust)
• Planning and moderation of workshops
• Ensuring documentation, communication, and coordination within the project core team
• Accompanying the migration from KeePass to Secret Safe

Experience with Secrets Management / Credential Vaults

Utilization: 100% (Hybrid only within Switzerland)

• Several years of experience in Privileged Identity & Access Management (PIAM / PAM) expert level (8 years +)
• In-depth practical experience with BeyondTrust
• Experience in the conception and implementation of security processes
• Experience in use case design and testing (incl. regression)
• Ability for technical leadership and management of a stream
• Experience in migrations from legacy solutions (e.g., KeePass)
• Banking or regulated environment is an advantage
• German: C2
• English: C1
