Planon Data Migration Specialist / FM Master Data

Project overview

For our client, we are currently looking for an experienced Planon Data Migration Specialist / Expert for FM Master Data to support and ensure quality following a successful system migration.

Our client has successfully completed a migration (SAP to HANA / AFM). Now, fine-tuning the system and master data is the next step. A significant focus is on maintenance plan management, the correct linking of service specification items (LV), and close communication and coordination with project managers and specialist departments regarding activities and data collection.

Responsibilities

Our Requirements

• Processing and quality assurance of LV items in Planon
• Checking if required maintenance plans are available and the correct linking of LV items with maintenance plans and relevant supplier contracts
• Distinguishing between necessary links and cases where no contracts/maintenance plans are required
• Identifying and clarifying missing or contradictory master data and following up on open issues with the responsible regions, project managers, and specialist departments
• Performing mass processing and structured data corrections
• Analyzing data inconsistencies, cleaning them up, and documenting progress
• Experience with Planon or comparable CAFM/FM systems
• Very good understanding of master data and data structures, as well as confident use of Excel
• High affinity for data and the ability to systematically identify errors in large datasets
• A results-oriented, structured, and independent way of working
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Experience in technical facility management as well as understanding of service specifications, maintenance plans, and supplier contracts
• Experience with system rollouts, data migrations, and mass data processing (uploads)
• Knowledge of interfaces to SAP
