Planning Engineer - Civil Engineering

Project overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineering Planning Engineer to support our clients in Braunschweig.

Responsibilities

Planning includes earthworks, foundations for buildings and pipe bridges including deep foundations, structural work (reinforced concrete, masonry), locksmithing / steel construction, roof, facade, construction execution earthing/lightning protection. Preliminary and conceptual design of building structures as well as pipe/cable bridges. Creation of the construction documents for the project (building permit authorization not strictly necessary). Checking the specifications (loads, dimensions, etc.) from other trades. Planning of construction site areas and facilities. Coordination of interfaces.

Coordination of sub-planners for structural analysis and review of results. Advising the client on further specialist planning activities or expert services.

Requirements

Completed studies as a civil engineer or architect. Very good German and English skills (project language is German/English). Several years of experience in comparable projects.
