Seeking a PMO Consultant with expertise in contract management for a carve-out project. The role involves coordinating project management and contract-related activities, managing interfaces, and structuring contracts.

We are currently looking for a PMO Consultant in contract management for a carve-out project for our client.
Responsibilities
What you bring:
You can look forward to the following setup:
- Independent coordination and technical management of project management and contract-related project activities within the scope of a carve-out
- Technical coordination of relevant specialist departments and project teams for clarification and technical execution of contract-related interfaces
- Technical structuring of contracts for trades and subcontracts with specialist areas such as Procurement
- Development of a transparent structure for contract overviews and open points for clarification
- Several years of project experience as a PMO Consultant, preferably with project assignments in Procurement / Purchasing
- Fluent German and English skills
- Advantageous: Project experience in M&A, Carve-In, Carve-Out, or comparable
- Nice to Have: Good knowledge in contract management, e.g., through project assignments in purchasing
- Start: immediately
- Duration: 6 months
