Job description
Seeking an experienced PMO professional to support a SAP S/4HANA implementation project, focusing on service provider management, project controlling, planning, and reporting.
Project overview
- Service Provider Control: Formulate orders to the external project management of the implementation service provider with results, deadlines, and inspection criteria; track implementation, deliveries, and milestones; prepare internal acceptances.
- Office of Project Control: Preparation and follow-up of steering jour-fixes, specialist committees, and steering committees, including minutes and action tracking.
- Maintain project registers (decisions, actions, risks, enhancements).
- Planning and Reporting: Integrated gate plan, weekly deviation and capacity forecast, monthly final cost forecast, and supplier overview.
- Track Quality Gates and specialist concept approvals.
- Escalation management and support in establishing PMO standards, templates, and project documentation.

- Several years of experience as PMO in SAP implementation projects, ideally S/4HANA.

- Fluent German language skills.
