Engagement exclusively through a company on a contracting basis: via your partner company or via us. Sole proprietors and non-contributory functions cannot be considered.

For an ongoing project, we are looking for support in PMO and portfolio management. The focus is on planning, reporting, status tracking, and preparing committees in a complex environment with a large number of stakeholders. The activity is predominantly remote from Germany, i.e., onshore, with a few on-site appointments.

We work exclusively on a contracting basis through a company. Two ways are possible: You are an employee of a consulting or IT service company that offers you to us, or we engage you on a project basis through our company. Engagement as a sole proprietor or in a non-contributory function, such as a managing director of your own company, is not possible. In such cases, please refrain from applying.

An application is only worthwhile if almost all requirements are met, meaning at least 90 to 95 percent of the must-have and should-have criteria. Profiles that fall significantly short cannot be pursued. Please check this honestly in advance before contacting us.

• Hourly rate: €70 (remote) + travel expense allowance
• Start and workload: by arrangement

Requirements

Suitable profiles should send a current CV stating the mentioned years and references, preferably briefly describing what fits.

• Portfolio or project management in IT projects with more than 50 stakeholders (min. 3 years)
• Sound knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) and tools (Jira, Confluence) (min. 3 years)
• Practical experience in implementing PMO or portfolio processes in the areas of planning, reporting, status tracking, and committee preparation (min. 3 years)
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) for creating analyses, presentations, and decision documents for management (min. 2 references)
• Practical experience in large corporations with more than 20,000 employees, as well as confident navigation of complex organizational structures and coordination processes (min. 2 references)
• Practical experience in using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot with prompts, agents, workflows, and automations, as well as citizen development solutions (min. 2 references)
