PMO Support IT Security & Program Management

Responsibilities

• Consolidation and maintenance of program planning to support program management and governance
• Tracking of work packages, measures, deadlines, and milestones across all sub-projects
• Support for measure prioritization through bundled planning and control information
• Preparation of KPI, progress, and maturity data for status reports and management presentations
• Creation of regular program reports and decision documents for management, steering committees, and executive boards
• Maintenance of risk, measure, decision, and escalation lists; tracking of open points and resolutions
• Organization of workshops, regular meetings, and steering committees including minutes and decision documentation
• Ensuring consistent program documentation and internal communication; organizational support for program and sub-project management

• MUST: Core competence in PMO / Project Management or comparable (at least 3 years); expertise in large IT or transformation programs
• MUST: Very good Microsoft Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner / Project, and SharePoint
• MUST: Management and committee reporting; structured, precise preparation of complex issues
• MUST: Initiative, reliability, organizational skills, and resilience with parallel topic tracking
• MUST: Confident management communication and high service orientation towards program and sub-project management
• SHOULD: Knowledge of OpenText Software Delivery Management Octane
• SHOULD: Project experience in IT Security, Infrastructure, or Cloud, as well as corporate or large enterprise structures
• SHOULD: Methodological knowledge: PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, and Hybrid
• SHOULD: Knowledge of PAM, Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, and SOC; basic knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, and DORA
• MUST: Fluent German (written and spoken) and good English skills
• Start: asap
• Duration: planned until 03/31/2027; extension option until 07/31/2027
• Scope: 320 hours (up to * days)
• Location: remote and 1 day on-site in Hanover
• Conditions: up to €50/h negotiable remote | possibly plus on-site surcharge
