Responsibilities

• Maintaining project reports and supporting month-end closing and reporting
• Organizing and preparing/following up on project committees, workshops, and regular meetings
• Obtaining, preparing, and updating project-related information
• Supporting resource management, including onboarding and offboarding, as well as authorization and PMO processes
• Creating, consolidating, and quality assurance of project status reports, presentations, and management documents
• Tracking measures, risks, dependencies, decision requirements, and quality gates
• Operational budget and resource controlling, as well as documentation of meetings and presentations

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business, or comparable qualification
• Ideally, experience in PMO, project management, or (partial) project leadership
• Knowledge of classic and agile project management methods
• Confident use of MS Office and project management tools
• Knowledge in the SAP and energy industry environment, as well as SAP Activate and Cloud ALM, is an advantage
• Jira and Confluence knowledge is desirable.
• Very good German language skills
