Responsibilities
- Advising project management on planning, steering, and monitoring projects
- Performing project and cost controlling to ensure adherence to budget, resources, and deadlines
- Creating regular status reports and preparing decision-relevant key figures for management
- Evaluating and analyzing epic tracks and tracking project progress based on Jira
- Maintaining and monitoring project-related data and reports in the Jira environment
- Organizing, preparing, and following up on workshops, meetings, and project committees
- Documenting results, measures, and decisions, and ensuring follow-up on open points
- Advising on resource planning and coordinating replacements within the project team
- Liaising with project management, business departments, and external service providers to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements
- Knowledge of Jira
- Agile project methods (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience in project controlling and cost controlling
- Industry experience in insurance is an advantage
