Job description
The role involves migrating existing requirements from Excel to the Polarion platform, structuring, maintaining, and ensuring the quality and traceability of these requirements. The position also supports scope expansion within a development project.

- Transfer of existing requirement data from Excel-based documentation into the Polarion requirements management platform
- Structuring, maintenance, and assignment of requirements according to the specified data model and project structure
- Ensuring the completeness, consistency, and traceability of requirement data
- Performing data quality checks and documenting deviations and optimization potentials
- Preparation of a consolidated and traceable requirement inventory within the existing project environment
- Support in the implementation of requirements as part of a scope expansion of a development project
- Sound experience in using the Polarion requirements management platform
- Knowledge in requirements engineering and requirements management
- Experience with hierarchical data structures, linking, and traceability concepts
- Understanding of technical documentation and development processes
- Experience in quality assurance and consistency checking of requirement data
- Very good knowledge of Excel as well as structured data preparation and migration
- German and English language skills, spoken and written
