The service location is Nearshore. Service provision is generally location-independent and remote, although the fundamental willingness for occasional on-site appointments at the Frankfurt am Main location or other locations in Germany must exist.

• Development and implementation of technical components in applications based on the internally used Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps applications, Power Automate automations, Dataverse data models, Power Pages websites, Copilot Studio agents)
• Creation and customization of user interfaces, forms, logic, validations, and role/permission concepts
• Modeling of data structures in Dataverse (tables, relationships, business rules, security roles)
• Realization of workflows/automations, including error handling
• Creation of agents and agent flows with Copilot Studio
• Creation of packaged solutions for Dev/Test/Prod environments (ALM compliant)
• Use of approved standard and shared custom connectors
• Adherence to internal standards and programming guidelines
• Conception, analysis, and documentation
• Execution of structured process and requirements analyses (e.g., current/target state description, use case specification, acceptance criteria)
• Creation of solution and target state documents (e.g., architecture sketches, interface overviews, data models)
• Creation of practical presentations for decision-making and acceptance preparation
• Quality assurance and testing
• Execution of code/solution reviews with documented findings and recommendations
• Knowledge transfer and consulting on the implementation of technical application components
• Execution of defined formats (e.g., coaching, pair programming, code review, fusion development) with clear objectives, documentation of results, and action recommendations
• Creation of guides/best practices for reusable components and procedures
• Error correction
• Correction of identified defects from testing and acceptance phases in the created systems, applications, and application components according to the agreed error and change process
• Operations-related consulting
• Consulting on the operational management of applications (including monitoring/alerting concepts, permissions, logging, backup/recovery aspects within the platform's capabilities)
• Creation or updating of operational and handover documentation
• Documentation
• Creation and maintenance of technical and user-oriented documentation according to internal standards (including architecture/data/interface and operational notes)
• Current proof of Microsoft Certification "Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)"
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in developing applications with the Microsoft Power Platform within the last 5 years, with a cumulative duration of at least 3 years, whereby the use of Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse must be evident from project references
• Proven practical experience in collaborative development with business departments through project references from the last 3 years
• Practical experience in IT projects within MRO companies, evidenced by project references from the last 3 years
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing at C2 level or comparable, proven as a native speaker in the CV or by a corresponding language certificate
• Proven experience in the development and administration of Microsoft SharePoint through at least 3 project references
• Proof of at least one further successfully completed and active certification in the Power Platform area, such as PL-400, AB-100, or AB-731
• Experience in creating Dataflows in combination with Dataverse in the area of Data Engineering, evidenced by at least one project reference from the last 5 years
• Proven experience in developing Power Platform applications using custom connectors through 3 project references from the last 5 years
• Experience with low-code platforms outside the Microsoft Power Platform, evidenced by 3 project references from the last 5 years
