Presales Consultant Cloud Security

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Presales Consultant Cloud Security for the Berlin location in a hybrid model.

In this role, you will be the technical point of contact for demanding customer relationships in the field of cloud security. You will conduct customer presentations on cloud architecture, moderate technical workshops at the decision-maker level, and analyze complex customer requirements. You will create technical solution concepts, tender documents, and proposal documents for RFI and RFP processes. You will document requirements and solution concepts and coordinate customer needs with sales and specialist departments.

Requirements

You bring analytical skills, technical understanding, and consulting competence. Your strengths lie in communication with technical decision-makers and the implementation of complex requirements into practical solutions.

• Completed degree in business informatics or comparable qualification
• Several years of presales and sales experience with major clients and authorities
• Sound knowledge of public tender procedures and RFI/RFP processes
• Proficient in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM)
• Experience with cloud technologies such as OpenStack and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with IT security standards and regulatory requirements
• Certifications in the IT security field (e.g., CISSP, IT-Grundschutz) are an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
