The project modernizes the network landscape into a central, platform-based ecosystem as the future "Digital Backbone". The goal is standardized processes, agile operating and DevOps models, and a multi-vendor strategy with clear operational responsibility. A KPI-based control framework ensures transparent measurement of performance, quality, and progress across all levels.

M1Demonstrable experience in planning and managing complex rollout or integration projects with critical deadlines, multiple dependencies, and extensive stakeholder landscape. Principal (> 7 years of experience)

M2Demonstrable experience in creating and updating rollout, migration, or transformation plans, including milestone, risk, and dependency management. Principal (> 7 years of experience)

M3Valid PRINCE2 certification. Practitioner

M4Demonstrable experience in creating transformation, integration, migration, or rollout concepts for platform-based network ecosystems and central network platforms.

M5Demonstrable experience in analyzing and evaluating the business and technical impacts of transformation measures on processes, organizational units, and operating models.

S1Demonstrable experience in developing target states and implementation strategies for building or further developing central network platforms.

S2Demonstrable experience in coordinating service providers, technical interfaces, and time-critical go-live projects.

S3Demonstrable experience in analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements in complex IT transformation projects. Intermediate (> 3 years of experience)

S4Demonstrable experience in conducting risk, governance, and stakeholder analyses, including deriving appropriate measures. Intermediate (> 3 years of experience)

S5Demonstrable experience in creating management-ready status reports, decision proposals, and steering documents in German and English.

S6Demonstrable responsibility for managing complex transformation projects in technical and regulated environments, considering governance, risk, and compliance requirements.

• Analysis & Requirements Management: Structured analysis of existing 'as-is' situations, problem statements, and requirements. Creation and coordination of project and requirements documentation in German and English.
• Concepts & Planning: Development of target states, solution and transformation concepts, migration and rollout plans including milestones, dependencies, and roadmaps.
• Strategy, Architecture & Governance: Evaluation of IT architectures, solution designs, and technology options based on economic viability, security, data protection, and IT strategy. Conducting governance and risk analyses as well as developing action options.
• Processes & Lifecycle: Documentation of requirements for release, deployment, test, operational, and emergency processes, as well as modernization and replacement strategies throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Preparation and execution of workshops, coordination with national/international stakeholders, and creation of management-ready decision proposals, status reports, and KPI control models (DE/EN).
