Project: An experienced Product Manager is sought for a banking platform program. The focus is on the potential replacement or renewal of core banking functionalities in payment transactions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements in payment transactions
• Provide technical support for vendor selection
• Coordinate stakeholders from business departments, IT, product management, and external suppliers
• Structure requirements and interdependencies across various areas
• Drive initiatives for risk reduction in payment transactions
• Analyze and further develop existing controls

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Banking, or Engineering
• 5 years of experience in Product Management, Consulting, or Project Management in the financial industry
• In-depth knowledge of payment transactions, especially SIC and SWIFT
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills and independent working style
• Confident stakeholder management and strong communication skills
• Quick comprehension and good understanding of complex contexts
• German: C1
• English: nice to have
