Our client is an IT service provider for statutory social security institutions, responsible for the new development, further development, maintenance, and partial operation of digital services for its clients. All development teams are organized according to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®). For the Enterprise Services division, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager according to SAFe who will accompany the entire product cycle – with a focus on data-driven and AI-based solutions.

Evaluated Requirements (to be proven in the profile, points according to years of experience)

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Product Manager according to SAFe in social security or public administration with relevant knowledge in product development throughout the entire lifecycle: identification of customer needs, development of product strategies, processing and prioritization of program backlogs, responsible adherence to the product budget and controlling at the program level, as well as selection and sequencing of features
• Fluent German language skills (C1) in speaking and writing – proof by language certificate or native speaker status
• Successfully completed studies in Mathematics, (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable education – proof by copy of the degree certificate or self-declaration
• Requirements analysis and prioritization of the program backlog in social security software development projects/programs, in close coordination with Product Owners and customers to realize the product vision (> 3 years / > 5 years)
• Defining and managing non-functional requirements and other relevant standards according to system quality requirements, in collaboration with system architects (> 3 years / > 5 years)
• Working with agile methods, tools, and principles, including knowledge of Customer Journey and Design Thinking (> 3 years / > 5 years)
• Practical experience in business process modeling (> 3 years / > 5 years)
• Preparation and execution of PI Planning, PI System Demos, and customer coordination (> 3 years / > 5 years)
• Practical knowledge in the functional conception of business applications (> 3 years / > 5 years)
• Practical experience in product management of data-driven solutions (Analytics, ML, or AI products) (> 2 years)
• Practical experience with classic ML models, e.g., classification, regression, clustering (> 2 years / > 3 years)
• Practical experience with NLP/Text Mining (> 1 year), ideally in the context of benefits/rehabilitation data (> 1 year)
• Practical experience with LLMs (> 1 year)
• Practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation – RAG agents (> 1 year)
• Practical experience with AI agents (> 1 year)
• Experience in providing platforms for the development, deployment, and operation of AI services (> 1 year)
• Experience in applying Artificial Intelligence in the area of process automation (> 1 year)
• Knowledge of legal frameworks (e.g., SGB, Data Protection/GDPR, social secret, supervisory requirements) and their impact on AI solutions (> 2 years)
• Practical experience regarding compliance, audit, and documentation requirements for data-driven systems (> 2 years)
• Practical experience in the domain "Member / Contribution" (e.g., management of member companies, contribution calculation, risk tariffs, levies) (> 5 years)
• Practical experience in the domain "Rehabilitation / Benefits" (e.g., case setup, treatment process control) (> 5 years)
