Product Owner MS365, Azure, Intune

Project overview

For our client in Dresden, we are looking for a Product Owner (m/f/d) MS365, Azure, Intune starting mid-November.

Responsibilities

• You analyze and prioritize requirements from business departments regarding the digital workplace based on Microsoft 365.
• You develop functional and technical solution concepts and manage their implementation together with internal teams and external service providers.
• You analyze, model, and optimize business processes and identify potential for standardization and automation.
• You are responsible for and maintain the requirements and feature backlog and shape the further development of our M365 roadmap.
• You lead or support projects for the introduction and further development of M365 and Azure services – from conception through testing to go-live.
• You take over functional product responsibility for selected M365 services, including user support, role and authorization concepts, and incident and problem management.
• You support software selection, license management, and economic feasibility studies for new IT solutions.

Requirements

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
• Sound knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, Intune, and modern workplace and security technologies, including use in regulated companies.
• Experience in requirements engineering, process management, and ideally in an agile project environment.
• Knowledge of methods such as BPMN, UML, or comparable modeling techniques.
• Experience in collaborating with business departments, stakeholders, and external service providers.
• Ideally, experience as a Product Owner or in functional product responsibility.
• Analytical, structured, self-reliant, and results-oriented way of working, as well as strong communication and presentation skills.
• German language skills at least at C1 level.
