Responsibilities

• Responsibility for production, material, and capacity planning along the entire supply chain
• Coordination of customer requirements with production, purchasing, logistics, and suppliers to ensure timely supply
• Monitoring of inventories, material availability, and delivery dates, as well as identification of potential bottlenecks and risks
• Analysis and optimization of planning, procurement, and logistics processes to improve delivery reliability, inventory turnover, and efficiency
• Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth end-to-end process from customer to supplier

Requirements

• Completed degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a comparable qualification through training and professional experience
• Experience in production planning, material planning, scheduling, or supply chain planning in a manufacturing environment
• Very good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes as well as material and goods flows from customer to supplier
• Confident use of ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel, for analyzing and controlling planning data, and ideally initial experience with Oracle
• Fluent German and English skills
• Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
