Project & Construction Manager HVAC - NRW Freelance

Project overview

For one of my clients at the NRW location, I am looking for several experienced freelancers immediately for ongoing and new projects within a radius of approx. 120 km. This involves classic TGA (Technical Building Equipment) business in normal buildings.

2x Project Managers HVAC

Each responsible for two projects in parallel (volume €750K–€1.5M each):

Independent project execution, cost and schedule responsibility, coordination of subcontractors.

2x Construction Managers HVAC

All projects with an option for extension

+1x Service Project Manager HVAC

Management of service orders, maintenance contracts, and small repairs in the area of building services/facility management — Aachen area, classic service business, many parallel small orders.
