Seeking a Project Manager with expertise in Brand and Packaging Design to conceptually develop brand identities, visual design systems, and manage complex design projects. The role involves working with external partners and exploring new design approaches, including AI.

Responsibilities
- Conceptual further development of existing brand identities and visual design systems
- Development of overarching design concepts for brands, products, and campaigns
- Conception and management of complex packaging and product design projects
- Further development of existing packaging systems and scalable design solutions
- Development of internationally applicable packaging solutions, including support with localizations
- Conception of design solutions for POS, trade fair, sales, and retail measures
- Ensuring consistent brand impact across relevant physical touchpoints
- Professional management and coordination of external design, production, and print partners
- Further development of design standards, templates, and efficient workflows
- Testing and integration of new, particularly AI-supported design and production approaches
Requirements
My advantages:
- Sound project experience in brand, packaging, or communication design
- Demonstrable experience in the independent management of complex and cross-functional design projects
- Extensive understanding of brand management, visual communication, typography, and product presentation
- Sound knowledge of production processes, final artwork, and collaboration with print and production partners
- Confident use of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience with international packaging, design, or localization projects is an advantage
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for packaging and product labeling is an advantage
- Experience with retail, POS, trade marketing design, as well as packshots, mock-ups, or 3D visualizations is an advantage
- Very good German and good English skills
