Responsibilities

Profile

• Development and implementation of a holistic SEO and organic growth strategy
• Identification and evaluation of organic growth potentials along the digital customer journey
• Analysis and optimization of the technical SEO foundation regarding indexing, crawlability, and performance
• Conception and further development of content strategies to increase organic visibility
• Optimization of findability in classic search engines as well as AI-based search environments
• Definition and monitoring of relevant SEO and organic growth KPIs
• Derivation of data-based optimization measures for rankings, traffic, and conversion
• Support for relaunches, market launches, and other digital projects from an SEO perspective
• Development of scalable processes and standards for international content and SEO activities
• Technical coordination with internal interfaces as well as external agencies and service providers
• Sound project experience in the areas of SEO, Organic Growth, or Digital Marketing
• Demonstrable experience in the development and further development of organic growth strategies
• Sound knowledge in technical SEO, content SEO, as well as on-page and off-page optimization
• Practical experience with SEO tools such as Sistrix, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console
• Very good analytical understanding and experience in handling relevant KPIs
• Experience in collaborating with content, UX, development, and marketing functions
• Understanding of digital customer journeys, conversion optimization, and digital business models
• Experience with international or multilingual SEO projects is an advantage / Knowledge of AI Search or Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is an advantage
• Very good German and English language skills
• Sound project experience in the areas of SEO, Organic Growth, or Digital Marketing / Demonstrable experience in the development and further development of organic growth strategies
• Sound knowledge in technical SEO, content SEO, as well as on-page and off-page op
