Project overview

Commercial project controlling and management of complex projects in the plant engineering, industrial, or MEP environment.

Responsibilities

• Independent project controlling including forecasts, plan-actual analyses, and earnings projections
• Commercial management of complex projects with a focus on results, margin, cash flow, and risk and opportunity management
• Support for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as reduction of billing gaps through invoicing and receivables management
• Advising project managers on commercial issues, change order management, and measures to improve results

Requirements

Framework Information

• Sound experience in commercial project controlling, ideally in the plant engineering, industrial, or MEP environment
• Knowledge of HGB, ideally IFRS, as well as experience in earnings, margin, and cash flow management
• Very good SAP skills, ideally SAP S/4HANA, as well as proficient use of Excel and reporting tools
• Analytical skills, high technological affinity, and experience in optimizing and automating commercial processes
