Project Engineer EMSR

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer for Electrical Measurement, Control, and Regulation Technology (EMSR) at our site in Saxony-Anhalt. This role offers the opportunity to participate in challenging automation projects within a hybrid work model.

Your tasks include the planning and support of EMSR systems from the concept phase to commissioning. You will create technical documentation using modern tools such as EPLAN or COMOS, perform functional tests and calibrations, and optimize existing automation processes. You will coordinate closely with internal specialist departments and external partners and apply relevant standards such as VDE, IEC, and DIN. Another focus is on the selection of suitable sensors, actuators, and control components.

For this position, you should have a completed technical college or university degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, or a comparable field. Ideally, you have practical experience in the planning and commissioning of industrial EMSR systems, as well as knowledge of measurement, control, and regulation technology, and process control technology. Familiarity with circuit diagrams and wiring diagrams, as well as knowledge of relevant standards, is required. Experience with EPLAN, COMOS, or PCS7 is desirable. Good German language skills at B2 level are a prerequisite.
