Project Engineer (m/f/d) Technical Project Management

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced project engineer (m/f/d) for the technical project management of a challenging infrastructure project. You will be responsible for the quality, budget, and schedule-compliant planning and implementation of assigned trades within a large project organization with over 30 engineers.

Your tasks include the management and coordination of all project participants – from engineering firms, authorities, and construction companies to suppliers and internal specialist departments. You will commission service providers operating within the group and externally in technical project management and provide them with technical support. In doing so, you will ensure smooth coordination between planning, construction execution, project communication, and other interfaces. During the construction phase, you will be regularly present on-site and participate in construction site meetings.

At the same time, you will actively participate in the project organization and pass on technical project knowledge.

You have a completed technical college or university degree in electrical engineering, civil engineering, traffic engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field. Ideally, you have experience in the realization of complex transport infrastructure projects or in structural engineering, as well as knowledge in technical project management or the coordination of infrastructure and railway projects.

We expect fluent German language skills, willingness to undertake project-related travel, high initiative, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness, as well as strong team and communication skills.

The position is hybrid and planned for a duration of over 12 months. Start date: as soon as possible.
