Project Manager Construction/Renovation/Maintenance

Project overview

For an exciting project, we are currently looking for a Project Manager to support construction, renovation, and maintenance projects for our client in the wind energy sector.

Responsibilities

+ Management of renovation and maintenance projects within existing industrial facilities

+ Coordination of multiple projects simultaneously, including prioritization and resource planning

+ Control of deadlines, quality, and costs according to project goals

+ Coordination with production teams to avoid disruptions to ongoing operations

+ Management of external service providers, planners, inspectors, and construction companies

+ Ensuring compliance with legal, technical, safety-related, and environmental specifications

+ Ongoing documentation and reporting to stakeholders

+ Conducting risk analyses and implementing appropriate countermeasures

Support with tenders, awards, and contract-related processes in the construction environment

Requirements

+ Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Facility Management, or a comparable field

+ At least 5 years of experience in managing complex construction projects in industrial environments

+ Proven experience in construction projects within existing structures and ongoing production

+ Sound knowledge of relevant project management standards (e.g., HOAI, VOB, DIN)

+ Confident use of planning tools, MS Office, and common project management systems

+ Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
