Job description
Seeking a Project Manager for bridge demolition projects, responsible for documentation, cost and schedule control, and contract management. Experience in the railway environment and KIB (Civil Engineering) is required.
Responsibilities
Profile
- Independent documentation and dissemination of information from discussions
- Independent schedule and cost control
- Technical advice and support in contract design for planning and construction services
- Independent acquisition of project information from the local construction supervision
- Independent and technical adaptation of the quarterly project previews
- Participation and advice in discussions with commissioning networks
- Abilities and access to use work-relevant IT tools must be acquired independently
- Independent coordination with third parties and project participants
- Independent updating of the schedule; control and follow-up of corresponding deadlines in the various trades and construction phases
- Experience in the railway environment
- Experience in the KIB trade
