Project Manager Data Hub

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for and manage a central Sales Data Hub as a strategically relevant data product. In this role, you will act as the central interface between business units, management, data and IT teams, and governance functions.

Your tasks include gathering, structuring, and prioritizing different requirements, developing a common vision, and ensuring the alignment of all involved stakeholders. You will conduct active stakeholder and expectation management across various business units and hierarchy levels, moderate differing interests, and support conflict resolution.

You will accompany product development in an agile or hybrid project environment, mediating between business requirements and data/IT topics, without having to perform the technical implementation yourself. In doing so, you will ensure that the business value of the Data Hub is realized.

We expect sound experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Program Manager, ideally in the data environment. You bring a very good understanding of data, digital, and data-driven business topics and have extensive experience in stakeholder management at senior and management levels. Experience in complex, cross-functional corporate structures is required.

Excellent communication, moderation, and presentation skills, as well as strong negotiation and conflict resolution competencies, are essential. You work in a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented manner. Fluent English skills are required.

The position is remote and can be filled immediately. There is an option for project extension.
