Responsibilities

Profile

• Analysis of existing maintenance and servicing processes in the areas of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and control technology
• Identification of optimization potential along the entire maintenance cycle
• Development and implementation of sustainable maintenance strategies (preventive, condition-based, predictive)
• Optimization of overhaul and shutdown planning
• Introduction or further development of relevant KPIs for controlling maintenance
• If applicable, evaluation and optimization of spare parts management and warehousing processes
• Coordination with operations management, technical departments, engineering, and external service providers
• Documentation of results and proposals
• Sound experience as a Project Manager, Maintenance Manager, Overhaul Manager, or similar
• Deep understanding of power plant technology and its technical components (boiler systems, turbines, generators, auxiliary systems, instrumentation and control technology, etc.)
• Demonstrable experience in optimizing maintenance and asset management processes
• Knowledge of modern maintenance methods
• Experience with maintenance management systems
• Sound knowledge of operational processes during overhauls and plant shutdowns
