Project Manager Large Construction Project Healthcare

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced project manager to manage and coordinate a complex, large-scale construction project in the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for the entire project execution from planning to completion and will coordinate all involved planning, execution, and subcontractors.

Your tasks include managing and monitoring deadlines, costs, quality, and project progress. You will manage the interfaces between planning, construction, the client, and other project participants and will oversee new construction, renovation, and refurbishment measures during ongoing hospital operations. Furthermore, you will review and evaluate planning and execution stages, initiate necessary measures, and document project-related decisions, risks, and open points.

We expect several years of experience in project management of complex, large-scale construction projects with proven references in hospital construction. Sound general contractor (GC) experience in operational project execution is required. You should bring comprehensive experience in construction execution and development – not exclusively from the client's side. Projects in new construction, renovation, and/or refurbishment should be proven.

You possess strong skills in managing deadlines, costs, quality, and project participants, as well as in coordinating various trades, planners, and subcontractors. Regional availability in the specified region is required. The project starts in November 2026 and is planned for at least 24 months.
