Responsibilities
+ Control and coordination of project execution within the scope of a complex, large-scale construction project in the healthcare sector
+ Coordination of involved planning, execution, and subcontractors
+ Control and monitoring of deadlines, costs, quality, and project progress
+ Coordination of interfaces between planning, construction execution, client, and other project participants
+ Support of new construction, conversion, and renovation measures during ongoing hospital operations
+ Review and evaluation of planning and execution statuses as well as derivation of necessary measures
+ Control and support of construction execution on the general contractor side
+ Project-related coordination and documentation of decisions, risks, and open points
