Project Manager Building Construction – Technical and Operational Support

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for the technical and operational support of a division within an engineering company during a transformation process. In this responsible position, you will independently manage an area and take on administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities include monitoring and coordinating existing building construction and architectural projects, liaising with specialist planners and project stakeholders, and coordinating interfaces with Technical Building Equipment (TBE).

You will identify areas for action, coordinate necessary measures, and support the structured continuation or execution of projects. You will maintain an overview of ongoing activities and ensure orderly project support.

We expect a completed degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering with a focus on Building Construction. Sound knowledge in Building Construction and technical understanding of TBE and building planning are required. Ideally, you have experience in the planning, coordination, or management of construction and engineering projects. Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to independently manage an area of responsibility are central. Experience with complex project structures and change situations is an advantage.

We are looking for a structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented personality with a strong hands-on mentality. The position is limited to 6-9 months and offers the opportunity to take responsibility in a dynamic environment and contribute your expertise.
