• Support in the creation of project documents
• Creation, execution, and documentation of progress controlling
• Setup and progress controlling in Jira
• Planning, steering, improvement of processes in the project depending on regular processes in the BA
• Checking dependencies between projects and sub-projects
• Planning & Controlling: Deadlines, capacities, progress controlling
• Creation of planning documents and their ongoing updating
• Creation and coordination of consulting documents, management documents, and decision proposals
• Execution and documentation of project meetings
• Coordination with the business unit of overarching project controlling
• In-depth knowledge of Jira required
• Visualization techniques: Basic knowledge required
• In-depth knowledge of Confluence and MS Office required
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA – conversion and/or implementation projects desirable (>2 years)

Hours: 929 hours (of which approx. 279 hours onsite and 650 hours remote)

Other: Willingness for SÜ2 check

10% free onboarding time max. 80 hrs.
