• Analysis and evaluation of existing processes along the access journey (access data, enrollment, login, release procedures) based on regulatory requirements and customer satisfaction.
• Creation and further development of end-to-end journeys, use cases, and process variations for modern access process procedures.
• Business and conceptual processing of features.
• Planning, leading, and conducting relevant risk and IT assessments, including coordination on contracts (not legal advice).
• Structuring and quality assurance of program content.
• Derivation of technical requirements (APIs, deep links, data views, process triggers) as well as creation of business and technical specifications.
• Creation of usable deliverables for implementation (features, user stories).
• Preparation of management reports and program presentations.
• Support of a prioritized banking program and business consulting for a banking team with a focus on optimizing the retail customer journey in connection with access data, login functionalities, and strong customer authentication for secure banking. Independently developed analysis, conception, and business processing of end-to-end solutions.

Your Qualifications

• Min. 8 years of experience in banking, IT, or management consulting
• Strong technical background with an understanding of APIs, system architectures, and digital platforms
• Proven experience in translating between business, IT, and governance functions
• In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements in banking (e.g., PSD2, DORA)
• Experience collaborating with Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and other 2nd-line functions
• Ability to analyze and design end-to-end customer journeys
• Experience in creating business and technical requirements, user stories, and concepts
• Confident demeanor with senior management, business departments, and IT
• High degree of independence as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Experience in complex transformation or digitalization programs in the financial services sector
• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA)
• Knowledge of agile methods and delivery organizations
• Experience in creating management presentations and steering documents
• Experience in the retail banking or digital banking journeys environment
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage
