- Responsibility for the overarching test approach to ensure the go-live readiness of a new banking platform
- Definition and coordination of the relevant test scope, business test scenarios, and test data together with Business Architecture and the business departments
- Planning and management of end-to-end and integration tests across multiple banking domains and already tested applications
- Leading workshops and coordinating business departments, project teams, and international stakeholders to align test activities
- Management and proof of the overarching test execution up to go-live and into the stabilization phase
- Many years of professional experience in banking as well as several years of experience as a Senior Test Lead, Test Manager, Test Architect, or Project Manager in complex banking and transformation projects
- Demonstrable experience in the conception and management of end-to-end and integration tests within the scope of platform implementations or migrations
- Sound business understanding of banking in at least one domain, e.g., Core Banking, Finance, Lending, or Securities
- Experience in defining test scenarios, test scope, and test data, as well as in managing complex test projects
- Strong stakeholder, communication, and moderation skills, as well as experience in international multi-project environments
