Process Manager AI Services & Automation

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Process Manager for AI Services & Automation to support an innovative client project. This full-time position is designed as classic freelancing and offers flexible working arrangements with remote options and occasional on-site assignments.

Your main tasks include the design and establishment of operational processes for AI services in accelerated mode, participation in the piloting and rollout of an AI platform, and the development and implementation of AI/MLOps operational processes throughout the entire model lifecycle.

For this position, you bring sound experience in the design and operation of AI/MLOps processes. You have a very good understanding of the model lifecycle as well as retraining and deployment processes. Good knowledge of regulatory requirements and release processes in the AI environment is essential. Experience in data protection and information security complete your profile.

Further required competencies include experience in workflow and automation engineering, knowledge of ITIL 4 (ideally with certification), and several years of practical experience in IT operations of larger organizations. Very good German language skills are necessary.

The project starts at the end of November 2026 and is planned for four months, with an option for extension. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to pioneering AI automation projects and bring your expertise to a dynamic environment.
