- Identification of optimization potentials, overlaps, and process gaps
- Development of a consistent target architecture as a basis for governance and process management
- Moderation of workshops and coordination with internal stakeholders
- Support of transformation and organizational projects
- Several years of experience in process management, business process management, or process architecture
- Experience in building and further developing multi-level process models
- Knowledge of end-to-end processes, process hierarchies, and process mapping
- Confident use of common process management and modeling methods
- Experience in leading workshops and in stakeholder management
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Ideally, experience in energy supply, network operation, or infrastructure projects
