Responsibilities
- Performing initial sampling and incoming goods inspections of assemblies and components made from various manufacturing processes and materials
- Processing complaints according to defined processes and managing the quarantine warehouse
- Accompanying internal and external audits
- Participating in customer projects, for example, advising on sourcing investigations and creating the necessary documentation
- Applying, monitoring, and updating processes in quality assurance
- Knowledge transfer to suppliers as well as mediating and implementing work instructions
- Advising on the analysis and sustainable resolution of quality problems on-site
Requirements
